The team captain or representative (only one individual) must collect the team’s race numbers and rider information from the Registration Venues.

No registration will be done on the morning of the event!
The deadline for online substitutions is Monday, 4 November 2024. All additions or changes to the team must be done at registration. The individual collecting the race packs on behalf of the team must have the details of the cyclist/cyclists that are being added or substituted. A penalty fee will be incurred per addition or change and is only payable at registration.
If the correct procedure is not adhered to and a team member is found to be riding without completing a valid substitution, the entire team will be disqualified.
No changes or substitutions of team members are possible on race day.

There will be a pop-up bike shop at the registration venue in Swellendam, for last-minute emergency repairs and purchases, so bring some cash in case.
